Billabong Stokes Out Wounded Vets Again and Again

For almost 6 years the surf company, Billabong, has been one of the biggest supporters of wounded veterans. Whenever we ask them for support, they over deliver, year in and year out. You want to borrow some wetsuits? Here’s some brand new ones, tags on and all. Tell the vets they can keep them if they promise to keep using them. Need to borrow a canopy? Here’s 2 of the highest quality. You’re going to be holding the event at Church’s? The bottoms might be pretty rocky. Here’s 25 pairs of booties for the vets too. You got enough drinks? Here’s 20 cases of monster, water, ice teas. How about some of our pro’s stopping by the camp to help out and sign autographs? Mike Parsons and Greg Long will be by to spread some stoke and, help in the water, and sign posters.

All without conditions. They don’t ask to hang banners, be mentioned in press releases or media mentions. In fact, they go out of the way to do it in the most low key way possible.

When you’re shopping for surf gear, you’ve got a lot of choices. Billabong’s gear is some of the finest made. If that’s not reason enough, why not choose the company that steps into the breach for our young veterans?

Thank you Billabong for Making this Surf Camp Possible
